Hi! My name is Claudia and I live Munich, Germany. I like cooking, traveling and sports.
Culinasm stands for a culinary orgasm on your taste buds. ^_^ Besides yummy stuff – food- I also like to write about fun stuff – like travelling and other adventures.
Yummy: I have always liked cooking – and eating :). I have learned a lot from my mother and great grandmother who passed on the love of cooking to me. In my kitchen I like to experiment with all kinds of cuisines. I love travelling, so I get inspired by the countries I have travelled to/ lived in. I also love to use fresh ingredients and organic food- I buy most of my groceries at whole food stores and I prefer local products. First because they taste better, second because I do not want to eat anything genetically altered, chemicals or meat from animals that did not have a nice life.
Fun: Besides my love for travelling to places near and far. I have recently started to grow some vegetables on my balcony. So exciting! This great feeling of planting, taking care of, harvesting and finally eating something all by yourself – so great!
